These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the suertres platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or using any part of our services. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any service provided by suertres, you agree to comply fully with these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users, visitors, and registered members of the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the suertres platform.
suertres reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
Access to suertres is strictly limited to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

3. Account Creation, Security, and Responsibilities
To access the full features of suertres, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. You are permitted to hold only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. suertres will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must contact our support team immediately.
When you register, you agree to:
- Provide truthful and verifiable identity information.
- Keep your account information up to date.
- Use your account only for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
- Not share, sell, or transfer your account to any other person.
suertres may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any time we deem necessary to comply with applicable regulations.
4. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All financial transactions on the suertres platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits must be made using payment methods available and approved within your account. suertres supports local e-wallet services and online banking channels commonly used in the Philippines.
Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from your payment provider. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification checks and may take additional processing time. suertres is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Using payment methods belonging to another person is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension. suertres reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal.

5. Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Conduct
When using the suertres platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, or use any automated system, bot, or script to interact with the platform.
- Engaging in fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, unauthorized payment disputes, or collusion with other users.
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by law.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
- Interfering with the security, integrity, or proper functioning of the platform or its related infrastructure.
- Posting, transmitting, or distributing any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable through any communication feature of the platform.
Violation of these usage rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where legally required.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
suertres provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the platform will meet your specific requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, suertres disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the platform and your use of it.
suertres shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including losses from gaming outcomes, technical failures, or unauthorized account access resulting from your own negligence.
All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the suertres platform are the property of suertres or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any material on the platform without prior written consent.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party content for informational purposes. suertres does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
suertres reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any behavior that may harm the platform or other users. In cases of closure due to a confirmed breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any unused balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completing any required verification steps, subject to applicable terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the suertres platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.
